By placing an order or using our products, you agree to give us the opportunity to address and resolve your concerns before initiating chargebacks, filing complaints online, or posting negative reviews.

  • Four easy payments of $17.48 for subscription orders with a two order minimum.

Subscriptions

Our Subscribe & Save Beauty Subscriptions save you time and money!

  • Customize or change shipments anytime via the link in your order email confirmation.
  • Enjoy exclusive sales, discounts, and more by subscribing to email notifications.
  • Cancellations without a return within 30 days will be converted to the one-time purchase price listed on our website.
  • Know your replenishment schedule: Track the life of your compact by writing the start date: ______________ on the back of the compact with a Sharpie. This will help you set up your shipment schedule as needed.

Shipping & Handling

  • Orders ship Monday through Thursday via USPS with delivery confirmation emailed to you. We are closed Friday through Sunday.
  • Most orders ship the same day or next business day. Delayed items will include a future ship date notification.
  • Ensure delivery to a secure mailbox; we cannot replace or refund items once USPS confirms delivery.
  • All orders include insurance coverage if lost by USPS.
  • Packages are photographed before leaving our warehouse to confirm contents.
  • Questions about missing items? Contact us, and we'll be happy to provide pre-shipment photos.

Refund Policy

Initial Full-Size Kit Orders:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery date.
  • The kit may be returned used, but must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds cover purchase price, less shipping, handling, and optional rush fees.

Subscription / Auto-Ship Orders:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • Must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new and unused.
  • Used auto-ship items are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Time: Allow up to 10 days from receipt for inspection and refund processing.

Restocking Fee: Without prior cancellation, subscription returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

  • Return items within the 30-day trial period.
  • For Deluxe Kits: Keep brush, mist, and instructions; return only compact, lip gloss, and concealer.
  • Shipping cost for exchanges is limited to postage only.
  • Return instructions are found on our Contact Page, along with customer service information.

We strive to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary by monitor. Exchanges and custom compacts are available.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, product names (e.g., Christina Cosmetics, Perfect Pigment), product images, graphics, videos, text, product descriptions, instructional content, tags, hashtags, and all other materials (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of Christina Cosmetics and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of any Content, including copying, reproducing, distributing, posting, uploading, selling, or otherwise using the Content in any online or offline medium, social media platform, marketplace, or commercial endeavor, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Content remain with Christina Cosmetics.

Governing Law & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

  • the use of Christina Cosmetics products or services;
  • purchases, subscriptions, or other transactions through our website;
  • any content, instructional material, or services provided by Christina Cosmetics; or
  • the interpretation, breach, enforcement, or validity of this Terms of Service,

shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration organization.

Important: This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes regarding Christina Cosmetics' intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, trade names, logos, or other proprietary content, which may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction.

By using our products or website, you waive your right to a trial by jury and agree not to bring or participate in any class or representative action. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on all parties, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
